Our Story
Chief (Mrs) C.O Solaru founded Tenderfoot Day Nursery School in 1965 to help young children develop and grow in a holistic way. Increased demands from parents compelled her to found Sunnyfields Primary School in 1966 in order to further develop the children in a robust way. The school operates till today from its purpose built facility on Adelabu Street, Surulere, Lagos.
Today, both schools have successfully nurtured hundreds of children who are now trailblazers around the world
Over 50 years later, Sunnyfields Primary School & Tenderfoot Nursery School have produced highly successful individuals like:
- Babatunde Raji Fashola (SAN), former Governor of Lagos & current Federal Minister of Works and Housing
- Ms Toyin Bashorun (SAN)
- Moyo Onigbanjo (SAN), Hon Attorney General of Lagos State
